Damage/Returns
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt of products please email for a return receipt number no returns will be accepted without the receipt.
All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT.” written clearly on the outside of the box along with an RMA #. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. Contact us with any damage claims or missing package claims include pictures within 7 days
Refunds
All refunds will be processed after items are returned as described above. We are not responsible for items lost in transit, so we advise Delivery Confirmation/Insurance or other protective services on all returning items.
Refused Orders
Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $3 fee. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on some items such as: oils, lose resin, candles missing pieces on opened packages. Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
