1. What Information We Collect

What You Give Us Directly

When you create an account, place an order, or get in touch with us, we may collect:

  • Your name and billing/shipping address
  • Email address and phone number
  • Payment information—processed securely through PayPal; we never store your full card details
  • Your order history and preferences
  • Any messages or questions you send us

What We Collect Automatically

Like most websites, ours automatically collects some technical information when you visit, including:

  • Your IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, operating system, and device details
  • Which pages you visit, how long you stay, and how you navigate the Site
  • The website or search term that brought you here
  • Cookie identifiers and similar tracking data (more on this in Section 5)

What We Receive from Third Parties

We also receive some information from the third-party services we use—PayPal for payments, Google Analytics for site performance, and Facebook for advertising. You can read more about each of these in Section 4.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to run our business and serve you well. Specifically, that means:

  • Processing and fulfilling your orders, including payment and shipping
  • Sending you order confirmations, tracking updates, and customer service responses
  • Sending marketing emails about new products, sales, and special offers—only if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe anytime
  • Analyzing how our site is used so we can make it better
  • Detecting and preventing fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Meeting our legal obligations, such as tax and regulatory requirements

A note for EU/EEA visitors (GDPR): We process your data based on (a) contract performance—to fulfill your order; (b) legitimate interests—for fraud prevention and analytics; (c) your consent—for marketing emails; and (d) legal obligation—for tax and compliance purposes. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

3. Who We Share Your Information With

We only share your data in the following limited situations:

Service Providers We Work With

Our suppliers and fulfillment partners — When an order ships directly from one of our suppliers, we share your name, delivery address, and the details of your order with that supplier so that they can fulfill and deliver it.

Service providers — We also share information with the companies whose services help us run the store, including our website host, the partners who handle our mailing and correspondence, and our payment processors, so that they can provide those services.

  • PayPal —to process your payments securely
  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)—to deliver your orders
  • Google Analytics—to understand how our site is performing
  • Facebook (Meta)—to measure our ads and show you relevant content via the Facebook Pixel

When the Law Requires It

We may disclose your information if required by law, a court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of A New Age Phoenix, our customers, or the public.

If Our Business Changes

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice on our site before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. The Third-Party Services We Use

Here's a plain-language breakdown of the outside services that may interact with your data when you visit our site:

PayPal

We use PayPal to handle all payment processing. When you check out, you may be directed to PayPal's platform. How PayPal handles your payment details is governed by their own privacy policy, which you can find at paypal.com/privacy.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our site—things like which pages are popular, how long people stay, and where they come from. If you'd rather not be tracked, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Facebook Pixel

We use the Facebook Pixel to understand whether our ads are working and to show relevant ads to people on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, and actions you take on our site. You can manage your Facebook ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences or opt out of interest-based ads generally at aboutads.info/choices.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (like web beacons, pixels, and scripts) to make our site work properly and to better understand how it's being used. Here's a breakdown of what we use and why:

  • Essential Cookies—These keep the site working (your shopping cart, your login session). Without them, the site won't function properly.
  • Analytics Cookies—Set by Google Analytics to help us understand traffic and usage patterns so we can improve your experience.
  • Marketing/Advertising Cookies—Set by the Facebook Pixel to track ad conversions and deliver relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Functional Cookies—Remember your preferences, like language or region settings.

How to Manage Your Cookie Preferences

Most browsers let you refuse, delete, or get notified about cookies—check your browser settings to manage this. Just be aware that turning off certain cookies may affect how the site works. You can also manage advertising cookies directly through:

  • Google: adssettings.google.com
  • Facebook: facebook.com/ads/preferences
  • Industry-wide opt-out: optout.networkadvertising.org

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We only keep your information for as long as we need it. Here's what that looks like in practice:

  • Order records — kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, and to handle returns and disputes.
  • Account information—kept until you close your account or ask us to delete it
  • Marketing records — kept while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your email address remains on our suppression list so that we do not email you again.
  • Analytics data — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website, including which pages they visit and how they reach our site, and we use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. How long each service keeps the information it collects depends on that service's own settings and policies.

7. How We Protect Your Data

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. Our security measures include:

  • We protect information in transit using encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we restrict access to personal information to those who need it to operate the store.
  • PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through PayPal
  • Regular reviews of how we collect, store, and handle your information

That said, no online system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection. If you ever think your account or data may have been compromised, please reach out to us right away at info@anewagephoenix.com.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Everyone

No matter where you're located, you can:

  • Opt out of marketing emails anytime by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email or by contacting us directly
  • Ask us what personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete your personal information.

Contact us using the details at the end of this policy and we will honor your request. We do not sell your personal information.

EU and EEA Residents (GDPR)

If you're in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right of Access—Request a copy of your personal data
  • Right to Rectification—Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to Erasure—Ask us to delete your data under certain conditions.
  • Right to Restrict Processing—Ask us to limit how we use your data
  • Right to Data Portability—Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to Object—Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing
  • Right to Withdraw Consent—Pull back consent for marketing or other consent-based processing at any time

To exercise your GDPR rights, email us at info@anewagephoenix.com. We'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority if you feel your rights haven't been respected.

9. Children's Privacy

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If we discover we've accidentally collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it right away. If you believe we have, please let us know at info@anewagephoenix.com.

10. Links to Other Websites

Our site may include links to third-party websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices. We strongly recommend reading the privacy policy of any site you visit. A link from our site doesn't mean we endorse or vouch for that site.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that signals to websites that you'd prefer not to be tracked. Our Site doesn't currently respond to DNT signals because there's no universally accepted standard for what they mean. That said, you can manage your tracking preferences using the cookie and opt-out tools described in Section 5.

12. International Data Transfers

A New Age Phoenix is based in Dunedin, Florida. If you're visiting from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may be different from your home country.

Some of our service providers operate outside the United States. Where information is transferred internationally, it is protected under the safeguards described in those providers' own privacy terms.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices change. The "Last Updated" date indicates when the policy was most recently revised. We will provide additional notice where required.
