Shipping Policy
How Your Order Ships
Most of our products ship directly from our suppliers' workshops and warehouses. This allows us to offer a wider selection than we could keep on our own shelves.
In-stock orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 3–4 business days. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Shipping Within the United States
Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days in total.
Free shipping: Available on U.S. orders of $99 or more in merchandise, after discounts are applied. U.S. orders only; no product exclusions.
Online checkout weight limit: 50 pounds per order. For heavier orders, please contact us before ordering for an individual shipping quote.
If your order includes products from multiple suppliers, it may arrive in separate packages. If an item is temporarily out of stock, the available items may ship first, with the remaining items following as soon as they are ready. You will not pay additional shipping charges for these separate shipments.
If an item will be delayed beyond the timeframe above, we will contact you with the option to wait, or to cancel that item for a refund.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada and Europe.
Canada — 10–25 business days in total. Europe — 10–28 business days in total.
International orders ship by USPS or courier, depending on the method selected at checkout.
Online checkout accepts international orders weighing up to 10 pounds. For heavier orders, please contact us before ordering for an individual shipping quote.
Tracking
Tracking visibility for USPS international shipments may be limited after the package leaves the United States. Courier shipping methods include full tracking.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged in the destination country. We do not calculate or collect these charges at checkout.
Customs may hold your package until any required charges are paid, which can delay delivery. If payment is required, please follow the instructions provided by your local postal service, courier, or customs office.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in an international order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund that item. The rest of your order will ship without it.
International Customer Offer
International orders of $99 or more qualify for a coupon for 15% off a future order. Your coupon will be sent with your order confirmation. One per customer; cannot be combined with free shipping or other offers; no minimum purchase.
PO Box Deliveries
Orders addressed to a PO Box must ship using a USPS shipping method.
Shipping Charges and Undeliverable Packages
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where an item is canceled from your order as described above. If we cancel an item from your order, we refund that item in full. Shipping is charged on the items that ship; if a cancellation lowers the shipping charge, we refund the difference.
If a package is refused or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, your refund will exclude the original shipping charge and any return shipping costs or fees charged to us.
