Conditions of Use.
Welcome you to our online store.our services to you are subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept and agree to adhere to these conditions. Please read them carefully and contact us with any questions.  

Payments
We accept all major credit cards and checks via our PayPal portal using 128-bit encryption technology. If your check bounces, $35.00 fee will be applied to the amount due.  If you cancel your credit payment without notice and reason you will be charged a $25.00 service fee.


Sales Tax
A New Age Phoenix is required to charge FLORIDA sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state or out of the country.


Back Order/Out of Stock
When any item is put on back-order  we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. However if the value of the merchandise is under $5.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder.


Damage/Returns
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt of products please email/or call for a return receipt number.  All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT.” written clearly on the outside of the box along with an RMA #. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. Contact us with any damage claims or missing package claims include pictures within 7 days

Privacy Notice
We do not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam your email address, nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any batch emails sent out will be only to notify customers of new or sale items as well as special offers and sales. At any time, a customer may opt out of receiving such emails, the quickest way is to click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.


Shipping Charges
We calculate a flat rate based upon the weight of the items and your location within your order, You may call for express delivery rates.
We offer free shipping on items over $75 within the USA

*Orders cannot be canceled once it has been packaged.
*Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $3 fee.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged on some items such as: oils, loose resin, missing pieces on opened packages.  Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.


Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date.  We reserve the right to change prices without notice


Changes 
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.


Typographical Error
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc., please let us know so we can correct them.  We reserve the right to cancel incorrect prices due to typographical errors


International Orders and Regional Laws
It is the responsibility of the purchaser  to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular country or region. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and answer for all fees and charges required by Customs and Duty regarding packages ordered and shipped internationally. Additional charges required by These fees are billed in addition to any duty and tax.
