Conditions of Use.

We accept all major credit cards and checks via our PayPal portal using 128-bitencryption technology. If your check bounces  $35.00 fee will be applied to the amount due.If you cancel your credit payment without notice and reason you will be charged and $25.00 service fee.

Sales Tax

A New Age Phoenix is required to charge FLORIDA sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state or out of the country.

Privacy Notice

We do not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam your email address, nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any batch emails sent out will be only to notify customers of new or sale items as well as special offers and sales. At any time, a customer may opt out of receiving such emails, the quickest way is to click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.

Back Order/Out of Stock

When any item is put on back-order  we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. However if the value of the merchandise is under $5.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder.


We gladly except returns within 7days of receipt of products please email/ or call for a return receipt number.  All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT.” written clearly on the outside of the box along with an RMA #. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. Contact us with any damage claims or missing package claims include pictures within 7 days


Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours, if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.We calculate a flat rate based upon the weight of the items and your location within your order, You may call for express deliver rates.

Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $3 fee.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged on some items such as: oils, lose resin, missing pieces on opened packages.  Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

Price Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Typographical Error

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc., please let us know so we can correct them.  We reserve the right to cancel incorrect prices due to typographical errors

International Orders and Regional Laws
It is the responsibility of the purchaser  to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular country or region. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and answer for all fees and charges required by Customs and Duty regarding packages ordered and shipped internationally. Additional charges required by These fees are billed in addition to any duty and tax.
